The next meeting of the IEEE LTSC is scheduled for 28 through 30 January 2004 in Madrid, Spain. The meeting will be preceded by the CEN/ISSS Workshop Learning Technologies meeting on 26 and 27 January, and the IEEE LTSC will be having a joint session in the afternoon of 27 January with WS-LT.
