Tentative schedule

The following is the LTSC meeting schedule for Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday (June 18 - 20), together with call-in information follows.
Please excuse multiple copies - this is being sent to all WG reflectors
plus the main LTSC reflector.

The calls are on Tuesday and start at 8:00 and 10:00 Pacific time, 15:00 and 17:00 UTC, and 16:00 and 18:00 GMT, which is an hour off from UTC due to daylight savings time
 

It is recommended that callers check for updates on the email
reflectors. We will be on-line and will be able to send out updates.
Schedules often shift slightly at the last minute.

Note: meetings longer than 3 hours require overlapping calls with
different codes

ALSO - I WILL SEND OUT A CALL FOR SEC AGENDA ITEMS. ALL ITEMS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE MEETING SO THAT WE HAVE PROPER SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND CAN PLAN OUR TIME.

Finally, conference calls will be arranged for all meetings. If any WG chairs have any time-of-day requirements dictated by expected international participation, please let me know before the two week deadline. I won't schedule the actual times of meetings in the day until then so as to retain some flexibility given the pending ballots.
